Evelyn is a certified athletic trainer born and raised in the North-East
area of Los Angeles. She played intercollegiate softball for two years at
East Los Angeles College and from there transferred to California State
University Fullerton where she earned and received her Bachelor of Science
in Kinesiology. Evelyn completed the Accredited Athletic Training Education
Program during the Fall of 2007 and since has been fortunate to work at
various junior college settings; Rio Hondo College, Los Angeles Mission
College, and currently is a full time member of East Los Angeles College
Athletics.
In addition, Evelyn has seven years of work experience with performing arts
individuals through summer camps and National competitions with United
Spirit Association (USA). During the winter of 2008-2009 Evelyn was selected
to travel with USA All-Star High School cheerleaders and dancers as athletic
trainer/first-aid responder for a week in London, England. She supervised
and provided first-aid for the participants at the New Year's London Parade.
Also, recently Evelyn traveled to Oahu, Hawaii to work at the 2012 Pro-Bowl
game half time show.
