Add your phone number into the system

Retrieve your Password

1. Employees are automatically registered into the ELAC Rave Mobile System. All you need to do is update your contact information.  
2. If you forgot your RaveMobile password, you will need to system to resend you your password. 
3. Click on “Forgot your Password?” link and enter your RaveMobile username which is your ELAC Admin Account (ex. jsmith@elac.edu). 

4. The RaveMobile system will send the email to your ELAC Admin account. (ex. smithj@elac.edu)

5. Login to your Admin email account to retrieve the email from no-reply@getrave.com.

6. Click on the reset password link in your email to reset your password. Enter your username and “NEW” password twice.

Add or Update your Mobile Phone

1. Login with your RaveMobile username and password below.
2. On the Mobile Phones area, click on the “Add” button to add your mobile device number.   
3. Add your phone number, and click on confirm. The system will ask for your provider, please select your phone provider. 
4. The system will send an instant text message to your cell phone with a confirmation number. 
5. Enter the confirmation number into Rave Mobile site to confirm your account updates.
